Our Preseason Boot Camp begins next Tuesday (July 30th) . This soccer camp for boys/girls playing under 13-16 next season is a fantastic opportunity to get ready for the upcoming season across three days of intensive training.
Our Senior player Kyle Bustard (Fitness coach) will lead the sessions.
We will work on Soccer fitness exercises for teenagers focusing on building cardiovascular endurance, strength, agility, and flexibility.
We will also place a big emphasis on technical soccer skills, focusing on soccer drills for teenagers and small sided games aiming to improving technical skills, tactical understanding, physical conditioning, and mental sharpness.

We start at 10am next Tuesday, finished at 1:30pm. Players can arrive from 9:30am. Bring water/juice and healthy snacks.
The camp runs on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, non-members are welcome.
Full football gear including shin guards are required, no metal studs on the boots. We will use grass and Astro.
